We will drop off your dumpster on your delivery date, you fill it, and we will pick it up at the expiry of your rental. You only need to call or text us when you are done. We will arrive to take your dumpster rental away on time to enable you to concentrate on your project. In case we do not hear from you before your allotted time ends, we will collect your dumpster on the last day of your rental period.

We make deliveries of our dumpsters between 8 am and 8 pm. We cannot guarantee our delivery times. The dumpster will be delivered on the day as promised but the time is not definite as the landfills may have unpredictable wait times. We will, however, send a text or a call when we are heading towards your dumpster rental area.

The selection of a correct dumpster rental size will depend on the project. A 10-yard dumpster is ideal when there is a small clean-out, and a 40-yard dumpster is perfect when doing large construction work. No. The renter does not need to be present during the delivery of the dumpster. It is important to note that special instructions should be provided to the office when renting the dumpster.

You might also require a permit when placing the dumpster rental on a street or other sidewalk. However, in most cases, private placements do not need permits, and we can assist you with local regulations verification.

The dumpster can be put on pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass. All that is required is that the surface should be strong enough to support the weight of the dumpster and what you place inside it. When delivering the dumpster, we do place boards to ensure that we do not damage any property.

In case your dumpster rental is beyond the weight limit in our rentals, you may be charged extra. We weigh all our trucks at our dump sites, and when there is surplus tonnage, we will charge extra to your card.

Yes and No. You are not liable for normal wear and tear on our dumpsters. In the case, however, that damage is caused by failure to observe our safety regulations or by negligence (i.e., loading with equipment and hitting the side of the Dumpster), you will be liable for all damages to the extent of replacement of the Roll Off Dumpster, which may cost thousands of dollars. At least, you and we do not want to be in such a situation, and that is why we request to just load the dumpster by hand, but not a machine.
